Donation Disclosure Statement
By making a donation to CoffeeMED, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
CoffeeMED is a non-governmental, nonprofit organization based in Antigua, Guatemala, dedicated to supporting local communities through sustainable healthcare initiatives. Donations are used to advance this mission, including but not limited to the procurement of essential medications, medical supplies, community health education, and the development of long-term partnerships with local providers and organizations. These efforts help ensure continuity of care beyond the presence of visiting volunteer teams.
Donations are generally undesignated and will be allocated at the discretion of CoffeeMED to areas of greatest need. Donors may request consideration for specific use of funds. However, any such designation must be submitted in writing and is subject to prior review and approval by the Founder and/or Medical Director. CoffeeMED reserves the right to decline or redirect designated donations to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, ethical standards, and community needs.
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. CoffeeMED is committed to responsible stewardship and transparency; however, it does not guarantee specific outcomes, services, or results from any contribution. Program implementation and impact may vary based on local conditions, resource availability, and evolving community needs.
By donating, you acknowledge that CoffeeMED operates in international settings where inherent risks, limitations, and uncertainties exist. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that CoffeeMED, its leadership, volunteers, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or outcomes related to the use of donated funds.
By proceeding with your donation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclosure.
