• Participants are responsible for their own international travel arrangements unless otherwise specified

• CoffeeMed reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or logistics as needed

• Participants are expected to act respectfully and responsibly within communities served

Payments made for trips are considered reservations of participation and are subject to our refund policy.

CoffeeMed is not liable for circumstances outside of our control, including travel delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
