Refund Policy

At CoffeeMed, payments made for medical mission trips are considered a reservation of your spot.

Due to the planning, logistics, and resources required for each mission, refunds are limited.

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if cancellation occurs well in advance

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made close to the trip date

If CoffeeMed cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and alternative options or credits may be provided.

We encourage all participants to carefully review their availability before confirming their reservation.
